Welcome to Hang On Sports......

We are group of friends and athletes located in Tampa, FL and Alpine, UT that have formed a racing team.  Our team competes in races across Florida and Utah.  Over the last 3 years we've raced in mountain bike epics, adventure runs, road races, kayak and sprint adventure races.

We all share a love for the outdoors and the challenges that it can bring.  Each of us has a full time career, but on the weekends we enjoy racing or volunteering.  In 2007 we competed in over twelve races in Florida and even some in Utah.  This year we hope to top that number.
